When you start All To MP3 Converter from Windows Start menu using Set conversion default, you will see the next dialog: 
In this dialog you can set up default settings for Quick Conversion, used for converting files after you have chosen Quickly convert to MP3 command from Windows Explorer context menu. See Related Topics to learn more... When this dialog is displayed you are not able to start conversion from Windows Explorer. All the settings are identical to the settings for the Normal Conversion.
